We provide service and support to singles, families, and organizations within the civilian and veteran community to help them improve their capacity and quality of life.

How We Can Help You

We provide service through 1:1 and group consultation, referrals, listserve resource sharing, support groups and community forums/training, in coordination and collaboration with community resources and service providers, on various health-centered social service topics. These include housing options and rent subsidies, domestic/intimate partner violence, health, nutrition, and recovery. We promote mental health wellness, spiritual health growth & development, prevention of HIV/AIDS, alcohol/substance use disorders, and incarceration/recidivism

HAVE's strong point is networking, service coordination & collaboration and community engagement. In this way we are best able to properly address the presented needs and interests of our current and prospective clients,

About Our Founder


Earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the College of New Rochelle and earned a certification from New York Theological Seminary. Ms. Taft is also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Advanced.

Career Experience

Hope and Victory Evolves (H.A.V.E.), LLC was founded by Carrie Taft, an experienced life coach and case manager. Carrie Taft has more than 20 years of experience in community networking, volunteerism, service coordination, collaboration and advocacy. Worked in the field of providing comprehensive case management services to adults and children living with HIV/AIDS, also helped people with history of alcohol and substance use disorders, incarceration, mental health issues, DV/IPV, homlessness, and at-risk-homelessness. She is also a United States Marine Corps veteran.
